All mukto attending AAM 2009 that are registered must upload personal photograhs of each family member onto the link provided below.

1. Take picture of each family member as shown.


2. Size if doable should be 1.37" X 1.37" (follow the attached format)


3. Each picture should be named as below:
   
   CAN-PrakashModi-00067.jpg
   where CAN is for Canada
   Second part is name
   last part is registration no.
   


4. Goto the link: http://ydsevents.org/AAM_Register/Upload.aspx?ConfNo=Canada-XXXXX and replace "XXXXX" in the link with your personal five digit conformation number (Note: The first digit is 0 followed by 4 non-zero digits).

Please, note that photo upload website works only with Internet Explorer.

It will show everyone who is registered under that confirmation. Select the person you want to upload picture for from the drop down list and upload the picture. You will see the picture next to the persons name once it has been uploaded. If the system hangs or gives an error message then restart upload for that person.

Repeat this upload process for every member in your family.

This is a mandatory requirement from Haridham organizing committee for your security. You will not be permitted to enter the premises without this ID card. It is recommended that you complete picture upload prior to leaving for India. Failure to do so, you will be required to wait in (long) queue to take picture in India.

Note: Only one picture can be uploaded for one person. Please be patient while uploading pictures.
